Last Sunday’s quiz, the first of our autumn/winter series, was held in aid of the Ilfracombe Sea Cadets. The Sea Cadets have faced a reduction in public funding over the years and yet still have a club house and boats to maintain, while running interesting and challenging activities for the cadets. The IYC’s quiz raised £140 for the cadets and the IYC hopes to do more fund raising for the cadets in the future.
